I want to learn driving please . I’m skeptical about enrolling in a driving school because I’m not buying a car anytime soon and im afraid there’ll be no car to practice after learning and I don’t want to “waste” money . I also don’t have anyone very close to me that has a car or can teach me . Somebody Please advise me  |

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (2010 Toyota Corolla) "VSC Off” & “Check Engine” Lights On in my 2010 toyota corolla, and the vehicle is not accelerating. I scanned the car and the code indicated a faulty throttle positioning sensor. My mechanic installed a new one today and the vehicle worked fine until late in the night when the lights came on again. I observed that this problem only occurs early in the morning and at night when the headlamp is automatically illuminated. I need suggestions please before trying a new mechanic. I am frustrated. |

Deal friends. I sincerely need your advice. Just gotten a new car engine, ford galaxy at ojuelegba, Lagos. Unfortunately after one week of installation, I started hearing some sounds in the engine and later would not start anymore. Called a mechanic that checked on it and complained that the timing chain and adjuster is faulty. This is a new car engine that I just bought being ford galaxy 2.3, 4 plugs. 1997 model. Now, the dealer has promised sending his own mechanics to look into it. What is your say? I need your help ooo @sienna, gazulla, etc |

lashemi: I live in Germany and compared prices between USA and Germany. Turns out cars are way cheaper overseas , e.g 911 turbo starts at 140k in Germany , whereas it starts at about 94k in USA. Do you want to know the reason behind this? Here are the conversations between different people from different countries reported on reddit forum as thus: psycho_coconut is a US based member reported that That stuff can all be negotiated in the US to an extent (except tax) but regardless it does bring the cost up. Depending on what state the car buyer lives in they can see a sales tax of ~%6 — ~%11.5 which translates to somewhere between about 5-12K. Good to be on this thread. I am a newbie when it comes to cars. I have never used or bought any car but I intend to get one sometimes next year. I am considering 2 major options. Good day everyone and complement of the season. I want to know the cause of my mileage reverting back to zero when it gets up to 10,000 km. This is the second time it's happening. It's a Toyota Camry 2004. My second question is, apart from the exhaust manifold, does the car have another catalytic converter? My car seem to be consuming fuel. Then lastly, if I turned on the ac while driving at a stable speed of 100km/h, my temperature gauge rise. If I turned it off it will come down to normal. But if ac is on and I don't exceed 80km/h, the temperature gauge stays normal. Please help. |

Kristolite: I think your car is displaying the Trip Counter and not the Odometer reading... package00: It's advisable to get a smaller car (eg Corolla) if you are not yet very good at driving. |

Hello everyone, I use a Honda 2006 model. I’ve been having this constant issues with car overheating when I switch on the AC. However, it is every important to note that I’ve done everything possible to to rectify this anomaly. Basically, all necessary cooling stuffs are working. The fan is working perfect (2 fans), I’ve had the radiator washed out (which is a double cell radiator).. But the car overheats while the Ac is On still. It sometimes goes off while in motion.. I’ve to switch off the AC and after a minute or two, car picks off. Highlight 1) Car overheating inspites having the fan working perfect, double cell radiator watched out recently, and as well as radiator coolant. It’s important to note that the fan Belt is working perfect. 2) When the AC is on, if the car doesn’t overheat in motion, it sometimes goes off abruptly. Until I switch off the AC and wait for few minutes before it picks up. I’ve spent lot of money on trial and error mechanics but not sure what the exact cause might be. I’m considering changing the Fuel pump but I don’t wanna waste money since the exact cause isn’t identified yet. Kindly help cause the weather is hot and need 24/7 AC while driving. Thanks in advance... You can also recommend a very good auto clinic here in Ibadan. |
