Lobsan Rampa: Did you remember Mallory of James Hadley Chase? Is the same with Shekau.
Correct! correct! I remember Mallory. I think it Mallory Dillon or so...must have featured in 2 or 3 of James' novels. Bad character! I loved JHC's novels...read almost 50 between 2001 and 2003...Nice one. Mark Garland, Verne Baird, etc

curiouslad: A renowned terrorist is sighted in the caves.
1. Send co-ordinates to base.
2. Order a surgical military airstrike.
3. Send in a team to confirm the kill.

Or have I been watching too many movies

Yes.

silent don: Why is it that it's the officer that knows the terrain that was killed??

Common strategy will be to keep such a person extra-safe.

Truth is there are fifth-columnists in the military.

I was wondering too. Even in the days of knights and hand-to-hand combat, the king and nobles fought from the back. Why? Because they were high value targets that coordinated the battle from the rear.

Is this not the same Gwoza where every mopol in Nigeria that is worth his onions goes to cut his teeth? The same Gwoza where every mopol prides himself of having been trained at?

Yes it was the same GWOZA of those days, but the true story as it stands today is that mopol doesn't train their anymore and there is nothing like special training for mopol again in Nigeria as it was in those days. Remember in those days, you can only be a mopol for three years only after you passed and survived the gwazo desert camp, but today the story is different. You can be a mopol for as long as you you are alive in the Nigeria police. Your training is conducted in the office of compo mopol when a lot of water passed under bridge(when brown envelop exchanges hands grin).
The so called gwazo camp or training ground is a host of it's shadows or what it used to be.
