To open a paypal account, you will need a payoneer card, and a U.S ip to change ur Nigerian i.p
You get funds from parked domains by thee number of traffics it generates, the more pple visit ur domain n open d ads their, the more money it generates, when I say money I mean like 0.01 cent,so its not sometn to look forward tu.
You can park any domain whether new or old, if u get traffic or not depnds on how good d domain is.
