You can just see it in the series, how the move and the tactics they use when clearing a room, raiding a house, how they set charges on a door or an entry point..... etc
Its not like many other hollywood shows on that front where even a regular guy like me, with no military background, can spot simple mistakes or notice how many of the scenes are too unrealistic in the real world.

Especially season 3,there is real maturity in the quality of work
