lol well i guess you're right in a way, i mean, Rome wasn't built in a day abi 

yes it does exist because i have been a virgin all my life. and dont plan on giving it up

abstinence does exist. it may not be easy when one is not virgin but I believe strongly that it's a thing of the mind. Right now I am celibate and I believe God's Grace would be sufficent enough to keep me.

Abstinence surely does exist but i think it's a thing of the mind, if one is not strong enough to resist then there is no way for that person,

Abstinence does exists. I'm a witness to it. I got married some years back, but my hubby travelled out of the country immediately and since then i've been abstaining, though we have gone our different ways, but i'm still abstaining.
