Great article. One of my favourites in fact!
1. The key here is "INNER CIRCLE" OR "CORE WORKERS", not the 'general employees/personnels' whom you can fire, discard or switch anytime without feeling the brunt.
2. It's crucial the sort of people we build businesses around.
3. Steve Jobs was fired from Apple thanks to his best 'friend (not a fanatical devotee or groupie'), and the experience turned his life around for the better, leading to the birth of Pixar,and final comeback to Apple etc.
