A wanted murder suspect identified as Ikechukwu Udensi Nwokolo popularly known as Ikanda, has been apprehended by the Anambra state police command.

The State Commissioner of Police Mr. Mustpha Dandaura while parading the suspect and other criminals at Police headquarters Awka, Monday said Ikanda was arrested when police raided a criminal hideout at Menax near down flyover in Onitsha.

Dandaura said the suspect was on June 29, 2018 in broad daylight allegedly murdered one Ndubuisi Nwokolo, a-38 year old man at 21 Otamoye street Odoakpu in Onitsha.

He said that the command launched aggressive manhunt for the fleeing Ikanda after he committed the murder and declared him wanted.

Jimi has been pathetic for a politician in the last few decades. Nothing really to show for all these years.

While i agree that you can't win all the time as a politician, Jimi's case is a lesson in failure.

He never changes anything, always willing to ride on a Yoruba-Igbo divide that does not exist. He drives this divisive agenda more than any other contestant in Lagos; all the while pointing hands as Tinubu.

An anonymous source has confided in Anaedoonline.com the grand plot by the Senator-Elect of Anambra South, Chief Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah to dump the Young Progressive Party (YPP) on which he won the senatorial election of Anambra South and decamp to the All Progressive Congress (APC).

According to the source, it was understood that President Buhari had personally called Ifeanyi Ubah to come into the APC and has even given him his first assignment which is to deliver the APC candidate in Lagos State, Sanwo-Olu, who is currently having a problem with the Igbo voters in Lagos.

To be able to get Igbo voters to vote the Lagos APC candidate, Ifeanyi Ubah has allegedly been conscripted to revive his Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria, TAN, to use it to rally the Igbos based in Lagos.

In a press release on Monday, March 4th, 2019, by the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria, which was personally signed by Ifeanyi Ubah, TAN was quoted as saying, “The Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) hereby endorses the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for the Lagos State Gubernatorial elections slated for Saturday, 9th of March, 2019”.


Ifeanyi Ubah, as understood, will relocate to Lagos to rally round the Igbo voters to vote massively for Sanwo-Olu as against the PDP candidate, Jimi Agbaje.

The source also confirmed that Ifeanyi Ubah will decamp to APC alongside his political son, Dr. Obinna Ngonadi, who is the YPP candidate for Anambra State House of Assembly, Nnewi North Constituency.

The Igbos, specifically Nnewi people, will wonder how Ifeanyi Ubah will sell the APC narrative to them, knowing full well the disdain and hatred the people have for Buhari and APC.

Governor Obiano has of late, been suffering hatred among some Anambrarians just because he supported Buhari and APC against Peter Obi

The bigwig of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) spoke in Hausa to placate the people over the loss.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) won all the three senatorial seats and many seats of the House of Representatives.

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar failed to make the minimum 25 per cent of the votes cast in Kano and Yobe States, according to the results announced by INEC.

In the result announced in Kano, Muhammadu Buhari of the APC polled 1,464,768 (78.9%) of the vote cast, while Atiku Abubakar of the PDP polled 391,573 (21.1%).

A candidate must win at least 25 per cent of the votes in two thirds of the state, apart from winning majority votes to win the presidential election.

This is a Kwara state PDP house of reps candidate driving through a road that has been abandoned. He was going for campaign. I don't know the lies he was planning to tell the people but the people were smart to stop him from entering their community.
