When would Ndigbo realize Goodluck Jonathan is deceiving them? Has any civilian government apart from that of Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa been able to create a state? No! In the history of Nigeria, because of our rigid constitution, it's only military regimes that have been able to create states. The constitution, though gives room to creation of new states, its rigid nature made David Mark to say those agitating for new states might be disappointed.

We need the existing states to develop their economic viability.....not the addition of more states.

The only viable state left is Anioma state. If not that state creation, Delta North should be added to Anambra state.
