I really don't know how much impact a VICE is supposed to make. He doesn't call the shots so how can u blame him if he doesn't achieve much. As far as I know he fulfills his functions just well as a representative when the president is unavailable

He is not as influential as Atiku was but has been more active because Jonathan gave him some portfolios and other responsibilities which Obj didnt trust Atiku with.

He was the worst Governor Kaduna ever had. I also hear he is milking the state dry through his boy the current Governor Yero. This is the reason why Yero's governorship bears every resemblance to Sambo's.

Just like Jonathan was so slow in his early days as President Sambo was even slower when he was Governor. His contractors were those who just registered their companies with no experience or equipment to do the job. As a result, the few projects he started suffered funding and technical problems while salaries were not paid promptly.

I was told from reliable sources that he centralised entire government financing to his office. All ministries and parastatals could not run without its financial approval from the Governor which crippled their activities. Every thing financial was between him Sambo and Yero who happened to be the Comissioner of finance then. The man, Sambo, is greedy.

The guy is too dull for my liking.. He is not outspoken, his face tells it all.. I think he is an introvert..

I sometimes forget who our vp is. He has no impact but then they are there at the whim of the president and has not choice but to do what his boss tells him to do.
So he can't really make things happen on his own.

A good VP acts silently and loyal, not trying to overshadow his boss, and that's what Sambo has done. That he is Loyal to his oga n not making noise over d place to be influential doesn't mean he is stupid. That man has portfolios entrusted to him by GEJ that OBJ never gave to Atiku, so he is working.

Thank you for reminding me of Sambo, I often take PEJ as VP.
Sambo is more like a dance teacher at the villa, we know the dancers (GEJ & PEJ) as we watch them on TV but never get to see or hear of their teacher (Sambo).

I agree, Sambo is the best Vice President, he is the arrowhead behind the Power Sector Privatization and drafting of many international investors.

He is very knowleable in international business engineering and profiteering.
