My application is still under review...just like my application for shell RD is still under review since may...my point is: MOVE ON
Chances are slim they will still call,seriously...and I aint a pessimist...its just logical.

Hello house,is there any HND who have gone 2ru d application? Need help to proceed after done with online test and I was asked to proceed with my personal and education details but was stalked with institution stuff. I dont know what they mean at "institution value" dat i registered.

Just d questionaire, personal info and summary. she applied for Financial market. Is dis d same wt every other person or the job application is coming to a close.

I do think i could give some perspective on this process that might be useful to you guys.
i went through the SCB IG recruitment process earlier this year and was successful. However the program i applied for was cancelled at the last minute.
Anyways for those of you who have not done your phone interview, its predominantly scenario based, read up on the STAR method of interviewing. Have a lot of examples from various experiences. If you dont have work experience, focus on your activities as an undergraduate, the key here is to show initiative, confidence and strong leadership skills. If your successful with the phone interview, you would be asked for a business simulation exercise, which looks at your office skills and how you prioritize..for this google up intray exercises. Your next stage would be a panel interview of 4 people, here confidence cannot be overemphasized. For this the STAR method is key, and you must study in details the financials. One key thing about the face to face, is your body language would be monitored and questions would focus on consistency. As a rule, always ask questions after the interview, Intelligent questions that is. If you are successful at the phase, you would be invited for a one or one with the HEAD of the Stream you are applying for, it would amount to foolishness to get to this phase and mess things up, Pay attention to details and dress your best. For one on one interviews, the key is to be relaxed, ask a lot of questions and show interest in the brand.

chaiiiii brother sorry about that....it is well....anyways they called me again today and again I missed the call....they sent me an email asking me to reply if I am still interested in the position...and that I should give them a number they can use to reach me next week....i sent them the same number sha and I hope they call me next week they call....na better hr Dem get sha...

yes, yes and yes. Their recruitment started this month, and will take a while. So, those that completed their online processes earlier would be attended to before the late starters... A person that starts the process today may get called for phone interview 3months after those already under review. Na first come first serve things o...
Relax, go and prepare.... If i catch u ask this "under review question" again, na black man from namibia go interview you....
