Something I need to add here, you dnt have to have a lotta friends, really. I'm an introvert too but I can mix and have a conversation when I need to....i know how to drag information from people and make them feel at ease but I dnt have a lot of friends. Why? I looooove my quiet, I don't need people around me to make me happy. My first happiness is in myself and my family, all others are just added advantage.
Don't put ur happiness in the hands of others, they'll always let you down at one time or the other.
I do have a few friends I talk to once in a while, hang out but I don't rely on their presence all the time to function. I really enjoy my space.
Friends will,never make you happy, yeah its nice to chat with people and hook up once in a while but still try to be self reliant, don't depend too much on others.

i started out been the last 2 b noticed when i am always with my friends in school

i have this 2 big rabbit-like teeths, so i was called big teeths in yoruba even by my friends

the first girl i eva asked out in my jss1 left me for my best friend

i was as dirty as hell in my junoir secondary (boarding), so i was so popularly avoided by my classmates.

But in life i got to understand something, (1) be knowlegeable (2) be bold (3) always b at the fore front whereever u find urself (4) try and make people and even ur enemy smile always. I tell u, u wud come back telling us u are tired of friends

like some said begin ur practice at home, call for night prayers or family discussion, get into church or social groups positive ones though, and lastly try and have a girl friend who really loves u if she is even 17 or 18

okay i no get girlfriend or boyfriend. i stay happy by buyin expensive tins for myself, looking good and surfin the web. joined lots of blogs too...

people dont say hi to me, i dont say hi either. i call about 20% of ex classmates and coleagues every 2weeks just to keep in touch. they dont call back

i take myself out always, last 2 birthdays, i went swimming, shopping, the galeria then back home (alone). @ times i check myself into an affordable hotel, order room service, watch teevee and sleep till morning... (alone). all these tins i do with my hard earned money, no one gives me...
I'm happy because i realised no one can like me if i dont like myself first.

I 'm fine. Yeah, There's no way you can know if they are wrong or right people until you hang out with them, you just have to be open minded and expect any outcome. Noone is an island. How was your day?

Don't let human personality theories define you. It's not about the number of friends you have, but the value/quality of people acquainted with you. A smile sets precedent for a good conversation ... look for good basic friendship qualities in people you like (traits, values and beliefs) and friendships build on from there. I'm acquainted with a lot of people, but friends, I choose. If you need help in throwing out the weevils from the beans, I'll teach you.
