Glo Is Really Cheating Their Prepaid Internet Subscribers Big Time. Can you imagine that, the Glo Instant Surf Internet plan being sold at N100 to prepaid customers is less than N100 for postpaid customers? In fact, they charged me N95.24k for the same 13MB data volume yesterday. This network (Glo) is truly taking us (their prepaid customers) for a ride. See the message I received from 51010 after subscribing to the Instant Surf data plan yesterday with my official Glo CUG postpaid line. Your service is charged at 95.24 Naira. tonasibe:Well, the 30MB is a free MB on the Bounce plan but it's really annoying that, it is far less than 10MB in practice. Glo really need to up their games on every service(s) they are rendering. However, my grudge with them on this thread is the cheating of their prepaid Internet subscribers as against their postpaid Internet subscribers. I am very sure that, the same practice is obtainable on all other data plans available on the Glo network including their BIS Internet plans too. This cheating just have to stop. |

Not only Glo,dis ppl cheating nigerians ,etisalat give free calls during weeks in other countries in the world but nothing of such here in nigeria,our leaders don't see anytin wrong in that since its as nothing 2 do with oil and gas...wats a confused leaders with shadow brain 5 Likes |

All those networks are not better than the other. Imagine mtn charging me for caller tune when i never subscribed. They now placed their default advert as the caller tune which snacks of intelligence and sent me a message that i have insufficient balance to complete the transaction after deducting 50 naira. So tell me what's the 50 naira for? And why would i pay for a service i never ordered ? 6 Likes |

Glo are big time scammers! Can you imagine I recharge #1000 and it was deducted illegally without making use of it and no services subscribed for. I called them several time to inform them about this problem but to no avail. #GLO..kindly refund my hard earn airtym of #1000 or I will refer u guys as Telecommunication Criminal to any social network I lay my hands on.. 1 Like |

Yes , even their internet services all over Lagos is Useless and unstable. Their so called bounce internet is fake. Their modem I bought for my office at apapa is useless, the one I am using at home is useless, I subscribed for 3gig, and it will expire tomorrow, with over 1gig that will be useless because of crappy services. You hardly enjoy your service and if you call their cc ,they will never pick it up for hours and if they eventually pick it up, they are very rude. Besides, why would a Telecom firm be charging 20 naira per call if you want an express customer care services, only to be telling you sorry like , we will forward your request to the necessary department. Each time I load 100naira na so my money dey fly... I'm a gbam subscriber but dem no dey giv me any 5mb... the only thing dey do is to steal my airtime... i visited their customer service @ okota road but d lady i met was just arrogant... My people,make una port go better network o... glo is simply USELESS. |

I use glo and it works for me. The only problem I have with their data is stability and that also depends on location. Last week when their data slept off and I needed to sort things out, I had to get etisalat line. I discovered that they have 3G coverage in my office and I opted to use Etisalat in my office. Then I discovered that Etisalat call rate ia nothing to compare to Glo's bounce plan. With bounce, you pay N7.2 for calls to every network and N3 for anybody on bounce. Cost saving really! Their data plan when it is working is very good too. 4G at N5K while etisalat's 3G is N6,500 7.5G at N8K while etisalat 6G is N8K ETC I don't work for glo but I have enjoyed their product. They can be frustrating at times. Which Network is not? spiritfada: Glo are big time scammers! I called them several time to inform them about this problem but to no avail.I had same issue some time ago. I called 121 and didn't get satisfactory response.
