press power key and volume down key at the same time and hold both key until you hear snap. Simple, you might have not done it well b4.

1 guy tel me mek I help change him Go keyboard style,its irritatin when pple ask u to fix minor problems 4 them,android is more flexible dan java or symbian.Jux use comon sense,press som keys n fix ur problems urself.Nigerians abeg change una mentality.
