   If the second, i'm afraid you're not at all generous with your offer. How could you encourage your countryman to seek citizenship in a country like Georgia that's struggling with brutal poverty where most people earn less than $80 a month?
   Last week, there was this true story of a Georgian woman who sold her bicycle in order to buy some food stuff for her family, and a related story of a Man who sold his microwave oven to raise money for his house rent.
   By location, this country is not considered to be in Europe and yet, it's isolated in the middle east where it is located, its passport needs visa to almost every country in the world; and its citizens are everywhere seeking political asylum which are seldom successful.

aaah! I never knew Georgia has moved to the Middle east! That"s fast!! Early this year, they were located in Eastern Europe. I wish Nigeria can move too!!

   But mind you, Russia, being the largest country in the world indeed has a part of its land (which is four times bigger than Nigeria as a whole) in Europe, and the Russians are Caucasians by race.

   Now i'll explain the reason why Israel is allowed to participate in European activities. Because of isolation by almost all its Middle Eastern neighbors, the Israel Football Association was not affiliated with any confederation between 1974 and 1994. Since 1991 Israeli clubs have been participating in European competitions and they received full UEFA membership in 1994: There was a treaty and Israel signed to participate in European activities.
  Until 1974 Israel had been participating in Asia games, and they hosted and won the Asian Cup in 1964; they were finalist in 1956 and 1960.
   Security risks is not the problem, the problem is that a number of countries in Asia such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iraq, Syria REFUSE to participate in any game against Israel and have boycotted matches in the Olympics and other tournaments instead of playing the Israelis who they consider outcaste.
   So, there's actually politics behind all these. If they compete in any tournament in Asia, half of the continent would boycott the tournament. So, it's logical and understandable why Europe accept them as they appreciate where they feel accepted
