JMOI: This is the daftest comment I've read in a very long while. So you are trying to say that Jonathan should be blamed for the ungodly massacres carried out by Boko Haram? Your hatred for this man has beclouded your sense of reasoning. So if a gunman opens fire on a group of people somewhere in America Barack Obama should be blamed for it? Or if a terrorist organisation blows up a train in the UK the queen or the prime minister should be held responsible for that? Just listen to yourself, did you read what you just typed? It's not a must that you will comment. You shouldn't have joined the debate if you knew that your level of intelligence was not up to it. The bulk stopped at his table, this was what he signed for when he took the oath of office and if he can't deliver why not take the honourable way and resign than allow innocent people to die daily. The man even admitted he is incompetent to tackle security issues or even preempt the attacks of BH when he admitted he can't be every where no one asked him to be every where, obama should have been giving the same excuse after all america is like 6 times the size of Nigeria and the population is almost twice as ours. what can be more disgusting as that imagine employing some one to work for you and the person keep screwing his work up, would you suffer such fool. imagine him shifting the blame on the security men and we call him a leader. His incompetence also came to the fore when he appointed NOI to ruin the economy of Nigeria and I hear unprecedented title like coordinating minister. When things go awry NOI will take the blame no wonder his wife has been riding rough shod on him. So if you wanna hold his brief be at least objective about it and quit insulting every body that join issues with you. 1 Like |

Ujujoan:What will you call the state of emergency he declared in some northern states a few months ago? Was that not a decisive action? It severely weakened them and rendered them highly ineffective until recently after the state of emergency had been relaxed. Please if you don't know what to say keep away from this thread. |

If you go to the Hospital with malaria and the Doctor prescribes Paracetamool for you does it cure you? It only stops the headace for a while but your problem remains unsolved. If that is what you call 'decisive action' then you must be really gullible. |

All of you pointing to the issue of BH are not well schooled in the art of guerilla warfare. You can't just open your mouth and say anything just because other people are talking. It took the mighty United States with all its military technology and might 10 YEARS to stiffle al-Qaeda. US soldiers have been in Iraq and Afghanistan for over a decade now, but they've not been able to stiffle the Taliban. Just few days ago, al-Shabab militants struck at a shopping mall in Nairobi and held people hostage in the complex for 4 days before the military was able to regain control of the building. The Sicillian Mafia has been active in Italy for several decades now and many Italian governments have come and gone yet they've not been able to solve this problem. The same goes with drug cartels in Mexico and Latin America, the Basque Liberation Movement in Spain and France, the Shinning Path in South America and the Islamist militants in the Caucusus region of Russia. It's everywhere. It's known as guerilla warfare and it's very difficult to tackle. |

Achievements are defined by ability to feedS (SIC) on 1m per day. Lost youth and lost cause. Money is not everything and not everyone who is on Nairaland has the career goal of being a cleaner as you do! The quality of language in your post shows the extreme shallowness of your thoughts (or non-existence as the case may be). JMOI's thought process is clear but he adds tantrums. You do not have thoughts. You need to get something out of life and get out of the extreme poverty of the mind bedevilling your existence. Life is larger than your limited aspirations you fantasize about in your ramshackle abode. You can make it if you develop the use of your sense of reasoning. Please purge yourself of any deluded imaginations of praying without vision.......it works the other way round Clearly, your post indicates the horizon of your grey matter shows mere caricature of knowledge. Please focus on your NECO and WAEC, clear your papers and leave Politics section to mature minds. Sleep well. 2 Likes |

JMOI: All of you pointing to the issue of BH are not well schooled in the art of guerilla warfare. You can't just open your mouth and say anything just because other people are talking. If GEj had relocated to Borno three years ago with his service chiefs and key ministers, we would have had a political or military solution to BH ever since, he mentioned at the last media chat that for over two years he did not go to Borno because it was not safe to do so! forget it, we need someone with balls of steel not a guy who sits on the desk after being subdued by even his wife. I am sure you would have a different opinion if your family of loved one perished through Boko, jambs, or accident due to our bad roads. |

After september 11, USA has been able to foil and preempt any terrorist onslaught. JMOI displays some sort of desperation by jumping to the attack in Kenya and some wretched bragging about how guerilla warfare are deployed by ragtag foot soldiers called BH. There are conventional way of tackling assymetric war fare but that is jumping about, the question in focus here is that GEJ deserves all the insult being hurled at him because of kindergarten approach to issues that are affecting the corporate existence of Nigeria. 2 Likes |

G.E.J's habit of remaining silent over the most pressing issues that require his leadership is also quite disturbing. Its actions like this that cause him to loose respect......or do you think people just woke up one day and said....."Hey, let's start insulting our President"?? |

gerrardomendes: a dumb president is better than a wise mediocre. Eccle. 9 vs 15-16 Shows your level that you couldn't even understand the verse you were quoting. How does the verse below translate to what you wrote? If you cannot differentiate between wise, dumb, strength, poor and mediocre, then you are as clueless as the person you defend. 15 Now a poor wise man was found in the city, and he delivered the city by his wisdom. Yet no one remembered that poor man. 16 And I said, “Wisdom is better than strength, but the wisdom of the poor man is despised, and his words are not heeded.” |

boladez:Oh, this argument has taken another desperate dimension, so the solution now is for him to relocate with his household, all his service chiefs, and all the ministers to Borno state? Hahaha. What difference will it make if he goes there? He has all the intelligence and information at his beck and call at Aso Rock. So what else is he going to be doing when he gets to Borno state? Put on his khaki and soldier boots and go into the trenches to combat them face to face just to prove to you that he has balls, abi? Is it when he does that that you'll know he's trying? |
