I'm sorry to break it to you,but there's no Nigerian legislation that says you can't be gay.There's no Nigerian law that says you can't have partners.The law is only against same sex intimacy which is punishable by jail term and death sentence to muslims in the north under the Sharia provision,only the unwise can be caught in the act.the same sex marriage prohibition bill didn't pass.gays are can live their lives,they're just not recognized.
