Professor D.:Im not exactly a body builder, I'm a runner/jogger. Minium of 90 minutes a day, 4 times a week. I do it for the rush of adrenaline i get afterwards..(i think I'm addicted to the rush).and on the upside it keeps me really toned and fit. |
Re: A Thread For Body Builders by ProfessorD(m): 9:59am On Oct 22, 2013 |
bigdiva:Well its all good as long as you are fit at the end of the day |
Re: A Thread For Body Builders by Nobody: 10:12am On Oct 22, 2013 |
Professor D.: Professor D.:thought body building was about more than just "being fit" Thought it had to do with looks as well? |
Re: A Thread For Body Builders by ProfessorD(m): 10:18am On Oct 22, 2013 |
bigdiva:Ya definitely the looks are very important...but your fitness level should be your primary concern you could actually look good without being fit but it is almost impossible to be fit without looking good 2 Likes |

i know very little of body building but my body needs some work. am the tall and slim type. reading through this tread to figure how to start, what to eat, what to do .. . . . requires an interpreter. can somebody please just lay down a list of what he or she is sure will work for me. I have to start somewhere. . . like anywhere!! |

Just need abdominal sit ups. Cratine only gives strength to workout for hours. 1 Like |

Re: A Thread For Body Builders by yuzedo: 1:44pm On Oct 22, 2013 |
cold:BOSS! I was looking for your comment on here. You are the REAL GYM Iyke! Your muscle can deflect a nuclear missile. If you say i should leave NL i will pack my bags and go. Cold, bro, your muscles give me nightmare since the first day i saw your profile. I bet you can kill a goat with slap. Professor D, that picture (if you) looks good. (#AbsolutelyNoHomo).. Your muscles and ridges are moderate, nothing out of proportion. Just the way i had aspired to look if i had continued my work-out routine. |
Re: A Thread For Body Builders by Anuoluwap(m): 1:44pm On Oct 22, 2013 |
Introduction Anuoluwap on this one. My very type of thread k, I'm an addict when it comes to body building. I don't know about all these sources of food you've been mentioning. I just eat what's available in the right proportion, I do local fitness exercise I don't go to gym or lifting weights. I can do over 50press up, over 100 push up. Having my complete six-packs(last two never show well well lol ^_^) |
