Cross legs? Maybe, but there must be sufficient space around 'Central Command' to keep it comfortable so the crossing may be limited to the calves or one leg perpendicularly over the other.

With your legs crossed "central command" still has enough room to breathe but far less room to manoeuver and make a nuisance of himself.
