Ofeakwu is different from your typical red oil/ofada rice stew..

Ofeakwu is made with palm fruits cooked and extracted with boiled water...red oil stew isnt cooked like that.

de trut is palm oil is beta cukin soup to serve wit pounded yam,tiwo,eba etc while veg. Oil is beta use 4 cukin rice, fryin(yam,plantain,potatoes etc...de 2 re important to me
