[b]Rumoured specifications of Gionee Elife E7 mini with a 4.7-inch 720p display.
We already know that the Elife E7 would feature a Qualcomm 8974AC quad-core chip clocked at 2.5 GHz, this chip would be available only in the LTE version and the 3G variant would feature a 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 chip, reveals the new leak.
The phone would feature a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS touch screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 2.33mm narrow bezel.
It is rumored to feature a 16-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
The phone is expected to come with 2GB RAM for the 16GB variant
and 3GB RAM for the 32GB variant.
The Elife E7 mini is also expected to be be launched later today, which would feature a 4.7-inch 720p display and be powered by
a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek's 1st MT6592 processor.
This would have a 13-megapixel
swivel camera, just like the Oppo N1. Both these phones are expected to run on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Amigo UI.[/b]

Vivo xplay 3s is also coming with 2k resolution @512ppi .dey will actually be one of the 1st also with d same snapdragon 800.lots of competition in d asian market.only hope dey extend d competition to africa,bt den dis e7 is 6.1inch.totally way beyond normal size/grip...no no deal on my end

almost 90k na hin you dey call “very cheap” ? LOL.... I like Gionee...I actually use a Gionee device at the moment... but once any of their devices costs more than 50k I'd rather go for Samsung..... for between 45 and 60k one can get a used S3 and Note 2....personally I'd take a Note 2 any day than spend over 50k on Tecno or Gionee or any other Chinese brands...even if they have Snapdragon or even End time Processor....!!

actually some test show the mediatek octa being better than s600!!.its also a good thing to welcome their own upcoming processor.like other china variants are doing already!!. Lets hope the mini doesnt get dat cost as what zopo 988 offers for same octacore(300$).

This is the world's 1st true Octa-core chip, All 8 cores work simultaneously, combining performance and power efficiency...
Previous octa-cores were known to utilise just half(4) of the cores in the chipset.
This is an improved chipset and even better than Snapdragon 600 as proven by some professional benchmark tests.
Don't be swayed by BIG names anymore as most of these new companies are putting in their best to be among the best.
U can google out more on mediatek's 1st True Octa-core chipset.
