Development Projects In Ogun by geeez: 3:46pm On Nov 24, 2013
Just went through the Ogun State Facebook page and I was wowed with pictures of massive development in various parts the state

From Abeokuta, to Ijebu to Sagamu there are evidences of long stretch of quality road projects going on

The quality of also far above the regular Nigerian standard and can match road projects almost anywhere in the world

Re: Development Projects In Ogun by geeez: 4:38pm On Nov 24, 2013
The pics were so large I had to download an app to resize on my iPad

Here's. Ogun

The second pic below is a 107km road spanning three LGAs

Impressive quality

There's a well compacted sub base and a thick base course before the wearing course

Most roads in Nigeria just consist of a graded sub base and wearing course

If this standard was the regular Nigerian standard, the money invested on this road may build four of its type

Snapping the same road from different angles won't help your case mate.

Are those things propping up that bridge pillars or sticks?

I don't think you are this dumb. Why compare a bridge under construction with a bridge that has been commissioned? By the way, what is the IGR of Akwa Ibom when compared to that of Ogun State?

Abeg show us the one your governor has built

The structural design of a bridge is based on the load it's intended to carry and a thick column/pillar doesn't indicate strength

Look at the pillars mate. The pillars have been completed so you can compare. While that of Uyo full ground gidigba, the one in Ogun looks like a broom stick.

nwoke m,why are you using a completed bridge from Akwa Ibom to compare that of Ogun state which is yet to be completed? If you wanna compare, please use a completed or ongoing construction of a bridge from anywhere in the southeast. smiley

Meanwhile, has the much awaited 2nd niger bridge construction commenced?
