It isn't healthy for them to continue patronizing already used bras.

I would not buy a used bra, but if it is clean there should be no problem. However if you are buying used "bottoms", that does not seem clean.

They will even tell you that it last longer than the new ones undecided.

Often times I don't blame folks because we don't manufacture any in the country.
Most of the bra's from China does not last long as it slacks very fast (no standard- blame SON sad)?

The few that comes from Europe and the US are far beyond their reach.
Whichever way, babes must wear bra smiley

Used bras are purportedly more durable than those that are brand new. The used bra could last a year or more, the new one can't go more than half a year. So which is better? Spend 200naira for a bra that you're sure you won't have to replace for a year or spend twice that amount for a new bra. Who would buy used panties? That has GROSS written all over it

I don't buy secondhand bras, but i have a friend who does and i can see why she does. Those bras are made of different stuffs than our regular naija bras, and are really strong....not to talk of beautiful and gloriously feminine on the milkshakes smiley

If they don't buy used bra, who will? or do you want those traders to run into debt? Besides, the economic is on the downside, a clean and germ-free bra won't do any harm.

The reason for me is durability especially the high grade ones. I used some for over 4 years through out university until I just decided to change all. And then sometimes its cheaper: buying them esp d high grade than buying the brand new ones! Eg marks& spencer new for 4k and second hand for 1,500. As for the cleanliness: I used to soak them all in very hot water and strong detergent and sundry them for long!

Pls ladies, ensure that u use only new bras on those bre.asts, I can't afford to end up in the hospital after making use of them; not to even talk of jeopardizing the health of my future kids.

Funny enough, used bras are more expensive and durable. I don't blame ladies that buy them. Neither do i blame people that buy second-hand clothings, shoes, etc.
