5. Tell your grandparents
No matter how old they are, your parents would still listen to your grandparents. And if you are close to your grandparents, you can pass it along to your parents through them.

If you are shy or scared to tell your parents, go the old fashioned way and write a letter or send an email to let them know that there is someone in your life.
