Some people only want to see blood and gore.
Some don't even listen to dialogue or check for chemistry between the characters.
Their own is that they want to see shootings and killings up and down.


The first time I saw the Revenant, I was pissed off and I was vocal about it here.
Then I took my time to re-watch to see if I was missing something because of the way almost everyone were giving it a thumbs-up, second time was when I finally got the message.

You should have read the movie synopsis online, it's a slow movie, i was even surprised that guy will recommend such movie and rated it 9/10.

I have enjoy drama genre movies but i can't recommend it here because most people here are action and sci-fi fans.

Please can you share some of the drama genre you've seen that are interesting.

IN TIME 8/10.I saw this movie when I was young when we see movie for its action not drama or lesson it got. bit after seeing it again I was like damn. Justin Timberlake killed it... next up is UNTHINKABLE.

I saw Hellboy trailer.

I was expecting a serious and darker take on the character but what I got was some crappy unnecessary MCU-like humour sad
The movie was supposed to be R rated but I didn't see any blood in the trailer.

They should have done a Hellboy 3 instead of a reboot undecided

This movie will be a critical flop like Venom.

You heard it from me first, watch this space.

I can't believe they ditched Guillermo Del Toro and Ron Perlman's Hellboy 3 for some shitty reboot embarassed

I just finished watching Men In Black International trailer.

I'm already missing Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith embarassed

The trailer doesn't look bad and I hope this movie doesn't flop.

All these remakes and reboots coming out in 2019..

I just saw A wrinkle in time and I don't even know what to say about that movie. It was just too confusing, less entertaining. The sci-fi was too outstretched, I didn't enjoy it.

Agreed. These remakes look suspect especially Alaadin. The only one I'm hoping to see is Lion King but Tarantino and Scorcese are both releasing in 2019 so I'm hyped. Plus Joker, Glass, Endgame, It 2, John Wick 3, Shazam! e.t.c are also coming so there's hope.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 8/10

Really cool film. A good blend of humour, storytelling (with a bunch of a relatable, teachable moments) and action. Strikingly unique animation style, everything was so bright and vivid and shiny and polished. Soundtrack went hard too, I would recommend

That is the problem with most of the reviews here. People rate movies from the lense of the genre they are comfortable with. And when you rate it differently, they come for your head.
