Technically, yes but I would highly suggest/recommend that you at the very least have a working knowledge of html and css. PHP? Not really, again, technically...but it's a nice "to have". Good luck! |

C'mon u nid a knowledge of CSS and html, by u don't have to go to soul for those, just look at the existing codes and use ur head. Also do all the necessary research... That's how I built my blog and my forum |

You can with WordPress. Wordpress has a large community of users who are more than willing to help newbies like you. If you use WordPress.org all you need is a good webhost, basic knowledge of HTML, good theme and essential plugins. You can get awesomely design WordPress theme for free and most plugins that will enhance the functionalities of your website/blog are basically free too. Save yourself some trouble by learning Css, HTML and PHP before going on Wordpress else you'd get yourself stuck and limited 1 Like |

No, you can't develop a wordpress website without the knowledge of php, html or css but you can setup a wordpress site. Those are two different things. |
