Mary Helen Bowers is a Professional ballet instructor and she is 9 months pregnant. Infact she is due in a week and she says she will keep dancing till then.

The 33 year- old former dancer with the New York City Ballet, is the creator of Ballet Beautiful, a low-impact exercise routine that strengthens and tones the same muscles used in ballet.

She trained Actress Natalie Portman in ballet for her Oscar-winning role in the 2010 film “Black Swan.” Now, in her 3rd trimester, Bowers stays active with her daily ballet workouts and hopes to inspire others with her pre- and postnatal workout series.
