op seriously, thank God the girls you meet even confide in you that they have a baby, cos I know some girls out there who wouldn't tell when they meet a new guy.

But sometimes, the fact is, some of these single mothers are not as bad as some of us think they are, some are actually far better than those girls who are serial abortionists, unfortunately our society seem to frown more at young girls who give birth at home forgetting that those they've never seen pregnant may have even rendered themselves infertile through series of abortions

DonCrust: Broda you're right about that. Some are casualties of brainwash who value their lived and accept to face whatever humiliation they get as a result of keeping the pregnancy while some made mistakes.

Having said that, can we call a girl who did abortion 5 times but kept the 6th one a good girl?
I'm not saying she did 5 abortions, she actually refused to do an abortion and got dumped by the guy responsible for it.

If after a series of abortions, a girl decides to keep the 4th, 5th or 6th one, ...lol, it could be cos she now feels the need to finally have a baby or she's scared that if she takes one more risk she may finally damage her womb. Whatever her reason, she's not better than the girl who had a child from her first conception. But you know in Nigeria, some of us have this erratic way of thinking that the girl that has a child is more wayward than the serial abortionist who has had multiple abortions in the past, forgetting that sometimes decisions not to abort a child could be a matter of principle and sometimes religion, just as is possible the case with the girl you cited who got dumped by her boyfriend for refusing to abort

You may never understand all what a single mother goes through. Emotionally and financially. If you do not want your present girlfriend because she has a baby, do let her know. I'm sure she has enough issues to deal with already, than you pretending to actually care about her and her child.
