Mrs. Funmi Adegoke - This woman who serves as the Head of HR in one of the banks is a tyrant and loves to be a dread to both her seniors, juniors and peers. She is currently a DGM in the bank. At first sight, she seems graceful but an experience of her will erase every positive impression had from afar. She was once the head of revenue collections for the bank. She loves eye service and prefers to work with sycophants who allow her to have her way... She is highly manipulative and disdainful. She has no regard for authority as long as she has access to the number 1 man - the MD.

She walks about with a holier than thou attitude but does not practice a thing of what she preaches or tries to portray. She also oversees the the Corporate Communications function where she steals funds through the production of end of year corporate gifts which is an open secret.

A woman with no principles, scruples or professional decorum. She is also highly vindictive. Her temperaments are horrid, ever snapping and dropping calls on direct reports. She has no sense of respect for others but demands for all the respect possible. Almost all the staff in the bank are out looking for new jobs because of her nonchalant disposition towards the welfare of staff members.

If such persons are the ones heading such key functions in the bank, how ever could that bank progress!!! I wonder what such people are still doing in today's HR world where staff are considered as the most valuable assets an organisation possesses!

Who knows whether families and lives have been affected negatively cause of this wicked old witch and hag!!!

But why are corporate institutions in this country so politicised that such an individual gets the opportunity to handle such sensitive roles??!! Its highly perplexing!!!

I sorry for her children if she has any; cause they are the ones that will reap the fruit of her evil deeds... Poor lot...
