Forms are to be bought for a non - refundable fee of 2000 NAIRA from either

UBA, UNITY BANK, WEMA BANK, ZENITH BANK ---- BENIN CITY BRANCH ONLY

the forms are going to be sold as from the 16th of September, 2008 and sales of form end on the 30th of September. 2008
