~I was instilled in me at an early age hissing IS bad manners but somehow,its a common practice and a part of our culture to hiss when frustrated,angry,offended . . . as the sounds suggests,just like a snake ready for attack!! whatever the reasons,i have ~Its soOo not a cool thing to do especially in public . . something about the way the mouth goes when hissing . .  !! ~I was yet to find hissing hilarious untill i stumbled on numerous posts on here where people are so dramatic,when replying to posts, if they hiss . . they make dam sure they indicate they have hissed in their posts by typing *hiss* *Hissing*  LMAO ~ I Have also noticed hissing is quite common among Jamaicans too!! ~How often you do hiss/find yourself hissing? |

It's not uncommon to see a lot of the ladies here writing "hisssssss". It gets hilarious seeing this over and over again but then gets annoying. |

In my opinion, hissing is a female trait to have, and is highly "suspect" for a guy to be hissing. . . . . . . But that is just my opinion, no offense intended to any fellas out there guilty of the hiss.  |
