Well, as for me, I think it depends on the particular instance. If a Nldr starts a topic that is considered offensive, then he/she is definitely asking for trouble. If, on the other hand, its just a simple grammatical error, then the practise of throwing all sorts of insults at the person, as Nlders are found of doing is simply uncalled for.

However, like someone said, it happens in all forums
