Listen my friend, Africa is the continent of the black man. And as long as the black man is a 2nd class citizen like in South Africa you really can't boast that much. I certainly appreciate the vision of Mandela to create good racial relations and uplift the black South Africans. Let's hope that vision will be executed well and bring its intended results.

The answer to your question unfortunetly is yes,we are sarounded by countries that cannot look after its people and that is a problem.
