Brother, its the nature of the question that makes it difficult to respond.. Your O Level is not checked before admission.. Your admission is based on your utme combination.. When you upload your O level, you will be moved to a dept that fits your O level(if it does not fit in for linguistics)

I do not think you can change your O level result.. You will be cleared based on the already uploaded O level result.. I can't tell you to upload a different result from the one you filled in at the beginning.. You can try it at your risk brother..
