lol...i am not a prophet o...its not from my source but from a friends source who also awaiting for the Nddc. my own source only told me first week of August which has past.

Is okay to book an appointment before visiting the VFS for application submission. It is wise to fill the online forms, book the date and time for the interview ( though this could be effected when you have made the visa application fees online) and print out the automated generated form on the UKVI website.

The acceptable form of payment by UKBA is online payment. Anyone with token for internet banking should be able to handle that. However, there are road side cyber worker that could help with online payment. Though this is not really neat.

Also you need to be aware of credibility interview at the embassy though this is just for 3-5mins. If you need further assistance, you could reach me via email. Thanks

okay thanks...it means i have to activate my gtb card so i can pay it myself. which one is credibility interview and when is it done?

i got admission @university of aberdeen with a tuition fee of 15000 pounds then i was opportune to gain their merit scholarship of 3140 pounds and with that they gave me a CAS letter. Aberdeen wasn't my sch of choice @d interviews cos of the tuition fee but If given NDDC scholarship can I switch to Aberdeen and use NDDC stuff to foot d balance?

It won't be a problem but I suggest u err on the side of caution and have the balance of 300 in your personal account

It is true that :
1. The NDDC board was in the Uk sometimes in July to see scholars and check their performances.
2. When asked about the 2014 scholarship scheme at the meeting dere in the Uk, the Nddc representatives expressed their discontentment at the lower-than usual budget of their education sector this year.
3. That probably either the final list is being truncated to match the available funds or that the budget is yet to be signed by the President, hence the delay.

i agree with point 3 as im aware that the final list contained too many ghost candidate as at june which infuriated the md. i guess they must have them sorted out by now. the budget is another factor which is causing the delay.i feel nddc would try to reduce the phd sponsored candidates as their tution money is enough to sponsor 3 msc candidates.

You have a point....I guess there are other issues, it cant just be becos Mr. President hasn't sign the budget...at least release the list, so scholar's can start processing their travel documents.
