Henry felt embarrassed.

"So, you wanna make jest of us sir," Henry whispered.

"And we don't worth that, do we?" Ted added.

"Of course you guys worth much more," said the dean. "I was so busy two days back that I demanded your help, but you guys fled when I needed you most."

"For your errand?" Henry screamed. "Of course we ain't gonna want to go for you," said Henry.

"Why?"

"Because it's sure gonna be suicidal sir," Ted said. The dean laughed.

"Giving someone a lift from the airport to my office is sure not suicidal, or is it?" said the dean.

"A lift?" the boys were shocked.

"Do you mean a ride?"

"Of course!" the dean replied genuinely. "My daughter Daisy was coming around two days back and I needed your help to convey him down here from the airport, but you disappointed me."

Henry and Ted looked into each other's face. It was a great shock for them both. They weren't buying the idea that such was the dean's errand.

"Do you mean we lost the trophy cos of this?" Henry yelled.

"Ha, ha, ha," the dean laughed.

"And where's she?" Ted asked as though meeting her would bring back the trophy. He was even smiling when he was saying that.

"Her flight was cancelled," said the dean. "She'll be here in two days."

"Is she pretty?" Ted said, catching fun.

"You'll get to see her when she comes."

"I'll sure give her a ride," Ted grinned and looked at Henry's face. The boy was still putting up a dissatisfied countenance. He was tensed for losing the trophy because of that. "What's her name?"

"Daisy," said the dean. He caught Ted smiling. "Don't even think about it."

However, the dean gave Henry the assurance that he would defend him to any extent at the panel.

"Just compose yourself Henry," he said. "Of course I would not allow you get rusticated. But better still, just try all you could to retrieve the trophy before tomorrow, okay?"

"Okay," they said.

Henry thanked the dean and left with Ted.

While Henry and Ted were leaving, they discussed.

"So, Ted, the dean's errand is such an easy task, yet we lose the trophy for nothing."

"I don't think that was all about the errand," said Ted.

"What more?"

"Remember Grandwala told us that it's gonna be a Daisy-dicey errand; maybe it's gonna be in two phase--bringing Daisy here and..."

"It's okay!" Henry was terrified. "Let's face this trophy issue first. We shall do the other later."

"That's right," said Ted. "Henry, I'm driving straight to Joyce's place...I just wanna pacify her. Ain't you coming with me?"

"No qualm, I'll come with you," said Henry as they drove towards her place.
