Promise05:
please if any job needs previous experance how will a new graduate apply for such.
Just think about some jobs/works you did before or during your school days that are related to the position you want to apply. The job must not be a paid one. Rewrite your cv accurately and target it to the position. If you have a very good academic result related to the position, write it down immediately after the profile section. This will be followed by the relevant/core skills. If you get your CV right with eye-catching information, prospective employers may want to meet with you to see what you are up to.

On relevant and post-NYSC work experience request by employers;

I have my early jobs in the Hotel as a Receptionist and a Porter on my CV. Though I currently work as a Customer Service/Call Center Agent.
I want to remove the pre-NYSC jobs and include post-NYSC job(s).
Moreso, I have the notion that the add to my experience (funny as I haven't gotten any job on account of my previous/early work experience as interviewers focused on my post-NYSC experience). I was made to understand that most people have done different jobs in various organizations during their studies but do not include them on their CV.

Kindly advice appropriately and make recommendation where necessary.

Excerpt of my employment history;
Customer Service Representative. .......2014-Till Date
Teacher(NYSC)........................................2012-2013
Receptionist..............................................2011-2012
Porter.........................................................2005--201

Is important you follow instructions whenever you are appling for any job as doing otherwise might disqualify you. If the job advert recommend post-NYSC experience, go ahead and provide them. You should ensure that all the duties you carried out are well highlighted using bullet points in a very constructive manner. You mainly need your pre-NYSC experience when there is no recommendation of a specific experience.
