I see she's your friend and if I'm right
you are still a teenager. The earlier you tell her mum
the better for you both and she shouldn't dare think of havin' an abortion.

Teens of these days! when I was 15 I reported every love letter to my principal and mum.

Why not?

spikedcylinder:

Why not?
Just for the simple fact that its against some laws.
What are these laws?Law of christendom, law of humanity.
If you don't dig that,scratch it and face this. . . . .

She has every right to face the consequences of her actions.
If she could divide her legs to have fun with the knowledge of its result afterward
then she should also be ready to divide her legs to bear the consequence of that
same pleasure but through pains this time around.
Re: Child Having A Child by carmelily: 2:16pm On Oct 10, 2008
This is sad. So juno. Is she in touch with the guy who impregnated her? who is he? Where are you guys? Nigeria or abroad? I think you have more options, as in support or social services abroad (UK, US)  than here in naija. Also, she should get tested for STIs and HIV. Abortion shouldn't be an option for many reasons. no matter what, TELL HER FAMILY!!!!! Better to lose her friendship than to lose her altogether.

To think that I even missed this part.
Pregnancy shouldn't be her only fear.HIV and STDs  . . . hmmm . .hmm. .it's complicated actually. cheesy cheesy

It's a good time to be on the dole so why not let her have the baby.
She will also join the single mother's forum/movement whereby their life/survival depends solely on taxpayers like me
The stigma will soon diminish as young mothers is a norm in today's society
Prospect of having a good/fulfilled life becomes just a lil bit harder

W.T.F is going on, i am sick and tired of kids getting pregnant everywhere i turn, are there no more values or control. whats going on, i know lots of them that either pregnant or got babies, and they so young and inmatured for the challenges involved. look i think u need to tell your mama about this okay, its no use, she will get to know soon, when her tommy gets growing and she didnt eat a house.

Do yourself a favour sweetie;delete this thread if you
don't wanno hear the truth. It may hurt but take it.She's TOO young
to know what a manliness is used for. tongue You two should face your books as its obvious
you are in same age bracket lest you'll be the next on  line.

In other words, you are in support of what she did? so these days, it is ok for a 14 years old baby to go and get herself knocked up?

no advice in this that to tell an adult about it. . . . even if any bad mouthing is going on . . she deserves it and the deed is already done.
I am not against abortion but I am for a 14years old girl. what if she dies in the process or destroys her womb or anything can go wrong.
