Let break it down

Your mother's sister = aunty.
Your aunty's husband = uncle.
Your uncle's sister-in-law = Aunty or Mother.
Your uncle's sister by blood = your aunty.

So the answer is your Mother(because she is the only sister)
Note: whether in-law or by blood aunty is aunty!!.
