Massive Shake-up in the league table

The league experienced a massive shake-up last weekend as point returns reached an all time high. While Intelligesia retained the top spot, the gap has been drastically reduced by manager umzy of is she gone pop who amassed a total of 111 points to move to the runners up position and reduce the deficit to a mere 8pts. The league is gradually taking a shape as the top ten positions have been occupied by the elites; tending to separate the boys from the men. Some managers that had earlier gone into hibernation due to poor performance are now granting press interviews to every available reporter; while previously loquacious managers are gradually shying away from public view and tend to avoid the camera like a plaque.

H-2-H Review
Intelligesia is still on the top of the table with 7 wins and 1 loss, followed closely at 2nd position by The Disvirginators who suffered its first loss of the season in the hands of Greasy Chips.
Penguins suffered their first loss of the season in the hands of ZogoesFC to end his unbeaten run while Goldenboiz capitalized on the loss to move to the first position.
Samurai Monsters and Mean Machines are still enjoying a perfect run with 8 wins each at the Conference league and are currently at the first and second position respectively.

Team of the week: Is she gone pop

Is she gone pops and Casey FC both accumulated a massive 111pts. However, having achieved this impressive feat with a team worth £99.8, a team value less than Casey FC, manager umzy of Is she gone pops wins our Manager of the week award. Just like OsvaldoGang, this is the 2nd time in 8 gameweeks the team is winning this prestigious award. The manager was not available for comments as he could not be located in any of the Nairaland H-2-H leagues.

Who wears your Armband?

Choice of captaincy is about to become interesting with no indications of availability of Costa. Transfer statistics so far indicates that a large percentage of managers a already selling him and more managers are acquiring the services of Aguero.
On the other end, Aguero is currently topping the buyers chart, together with Pelle, Berahino and Tadic.

Top captain choice:
Tabloid analytical indicators measured the available variables and came up with a list of potential captain prospects;
1. Pelle
He made the team of the week last weekend with 15pts, justifying why the indicator picked him as top choice for gameweek 8. There is no stopping for him this week as he sets to continue his fine form when South’ton hosts stoke.
2. Aguero
Having scored four goals last time out, he will be the one to watch out for. But having traveled down to Russia for Champions league, one will wonder if the manager will give him a starting place for the early kickoff.

Gambles:
Welbeck, Sanchez, Siggurdson

Pick of the Week: FC Messre

Remember that team? They were the first position after gameweek 1. Guess where they are now? 93rd position, bottom of the second page! That’s the game; snooze and loose; only the brave survives.
Some managers build gradually, some build rapidly. Experience has thought us that the gradual builders stand the test of time. The rapid ones behave more like unstable electron; does a quantum jump this week and loses all its energy in the process.
The good thing is that FC Messre can bounce back to the top 10 with a good game week as witnessed by a lot of managers this week.; but consistency is the key. Most managers in the top ten had never been manager of the week; but have consistently built their points, bouncing back from slips to make it back to the top.

See you all at the top!

I'm about to take Costa out of my team again. Last time I did that, he burned me by copping a hattrick...

Based on his ownership figures, the uncertainty around his fitness, and Mourinho's propensity for playing conservative football against the bigger boys, I believe the odds are favourable for an outward transfer of the Spazilian Hitman.

Costa out, Lukaku in.

Ko ma roll...

That we haven't been given codes doesn't mean we can't catch our fun with updates...Innit? First point from Reid as WHC leads Mcity..This here is hoping for plenty interceptions and a clean sheet for the New Zealander from Team ichidodo..
