Some of us raised by single parents are nt only proud but grateful for their ressilience nd courage, but when u all hve to leave home due to marriage, job, school e.t.c u strt feeling guilty or hope to find solution to the loneliness which will come up which neither house helps nor outsiders can fill ,worse it feels if they re privte ppl who refused remrriage just to take good care of u,u really worry abt how they will cope with confidential matters u usually discuss together nd wish u could hook them up with someone who is trust worthy and has a good heart.

most single parents actually have a very active social life, especially during the earlier years. I'm yet to meet one who did not.

the loneliness(?) would set in only if there were comparatively less social stimuli, and in addition, loneliness might also be classified as boredom, not necessarily lonely per se.

just my opinion.
