IMO if such "tablet" exist I'm sure the doctors you've been visiting would have given it to you? Explain this hotness to your doctors and more test will be carried out to ascertain what the problem is and if its the cause of your secondary infertility.

It's not only the reproductove system that is situated in the abdomen, there are other important organs there. Could be anything, might not even be related directly to your fertility.

BE CAREFUL, people like you go hoping from place to place swallowing all sort of concoction then damage your liver and kidneys and end up with a bigger problem.

My advice; go to a fertility specialist clinic not a General Practioner, let them run a more comprehensive test, if they need to put you on some theraphy they would but please dont go round asking for pills from strangers.

Reading what you posted it is clear that the doctors have given you all the medical advice you need but you have been treating yourself for imaginary things that you think could be the issue. If someone tells you to go take a concoction on here you will jump to it. As for the pain in your abdomen get a scan to rule out fibroids, endometriosis or any tumors. Since you already had scans then it's probably just usual cramps associated with PMS

In fact, I would go to see an endocrinologist if at all possible. You see, fertility is more than just about the female reproductive system, there are other glands involved and in fact, an endocrinologist is also quite capable of dealing with fertility issues from the glandular perspective. You are a woman, you have aged since the last children, maybe developed a pre-diabetic condition, something to do with the pituitary gland or another member of the endocrine system that is causing the burning sensation. This can be the breakthrough you are looking for.
