IELTS Indicator in Nigeria
Keep your education journey on track

While in-person tests are currently not possible due to Covid-19, IELTS Indicator is the online test you can use to prove your English language skills.

About IELTS Indicator
The test is an official IELTS product that assesses the four core skill areas:

Listening
Reading
Writing
Speaking
You will receive your scores within seven days – you are given both an indicative score for each section and an overall indicative band score. It’s important to note that IELTS Indicator is not a substitute for the in-person IELTS test.

Key benefits of IELTS Indicator
Safety

As it’s an online test, you can take it safely and easily at your home.

Accessibility

The test happens weekly at a regular time – you simply log in to our secure browser.

Trust

As the test is marked by IELTS examiners and uses live test questions, educators know they can rely on it to give a reliable picture of test takers’ skills.

How the test works
IELTS Indicator is a live online test which starts at a set time each week and has a fixed time limit. You take the Listening, Reading and Writing sections of the test in one sitting, and the Speaking test must be taken a few days before or after the other sections.

I just came back to this post, I did request for a remark and my writing changed from 6.5 to 7, this is just encouragement for anyone that is waffling on requesting a remark.

readandwrite:
Hi everyone, I wrote my IELTS on 7th of March with British council in Lagos, and my results was L9 R7.5 W6.5 S7.5 I want to request a remark, does anyone know the centre no and name for Lagos, I have checked all the emails they sent me and the information isn't on there.
Thanks.

Hi all, can i study for IELTS and ace it in one month? I wrote it towards the end of last year and had 8,7,7,6.5. I have been scared to retake it since then.

Duration of practice depends on your acquaintance with the test and skill level in the four assessment areas.

Moreover, based on the scores you tendered above, I believe a month of intense preparation should be okay.

Got a response that the remark has been done and that i should pick my result from their office but lockdown already started. Till now, i have been trying to call and they wont pick. I'm basically stuck. What can i do. I did the exam in Ibadan but IDP headquater is at Ogudu, Lagos

Good evening my fellow Nairalanders......

Just a quick question: For an IELTS exam taken on January, 2020, can a remark on any of the courses (papers) still be done presently ( I mean in the month of May, 2020 ) ? Just asking to know if already too late to call for a remark.

Unfortunately, Royalzee, EOR is only accessible within 6 weeks of sitting for the test.
