Here is how Abba Moro and the Ministry should do it.

1.They are looking for 5000 applicants....so they should expect 20000 applicants.

2.They should work on getting about 600 to 1000 applicants per state....so they should accept just 1000-1500 applicants in each state (anyone above that number should forget applying.).

3.On exam day.....applicants should be divided into two.

700...write exam at a large auditorium.(one day)

700.....at the stadium for an all day exercise....starts at 9am -6 pm...for three days.(Friday-sunday).

The ones at the stadium should be divided into teams of 20 people....to run a 10 km race lasting 30-40minutes each..

4.The ones with the top scores AND an ability to run 10km in 30 minutes should be selected....then select the second,and third best...till 5000quota filled up.

The immigration office should liase with the military to teach them how applications are screened from thousands that does apply for recruitment.

Am not in support of creating more agencies or even increase the work force within the government. It will lead to increase in the recurrent expenditure.
What Nigeria needs now, is private sector driven economy, where investors will come up with more manufacturing companies, just like in America. Over there, the private sector provides at least 200,000 job opportunities every month, without increasing government expenses .

Nigeria leaders are so doom, so they are telling us that it's high time for them to recruit more staff , while many have been seeking for this job without getting one, now they are facing challenges and they decided to recruit more staff, must we have shortage of officer's in our borders as a giant of african, I think this should have been done..... ,Nigeria leaders are so selfish and they are the problem of the noble country.
