3. Never make close friends with people who have low self esteem in a bid to wanna " help" them cos they can "destroy" you.

5. You can't change anyone...attempting to change people will change you.
6. Never do business without a written agreement even if its with your father or mother.
7. Girls never ignore true love when you get it.

10. Don't ever expect people to be fair when money is involved...if they are fine , but don't expect or demand it.
