I never login to NL but I just had to corroborate this post. I was at the Shagamu interchange / lagos Ibadan xpressway on Saturday night (aug31) around 11pm (our bus had flat tires we had to stop and change). That was when I witnessed the passage of heavy Military vehicles, tanks and all. Twas the First time il see such a large number at once. The convoy was escorted by soldiers in several trucks. I couldn't take pictures cause it was dark and they were on the other side of the express. I tried taking videos no luck. They were coming from lagos and headed towards Ibadan and perhaps they're the same vehicles the @oneeast saw. They moved slowly and the tanks were carried by long articulated vehicles. We wouldn't know if they're normal deliveries for the NA. But if we need these, they must be headed for the far north East...
