Uyo needs to build business parks so that corporate businesses can easily find land and office space to establish in Uyo. The next is to complete the Ibaka seaport, then nobody can ever dispute that list.

It's annoying that more than 3 years plus since Rochas started on Owerri, it still looks unfinished; with unswept and unmarked roads everywhere! It's like they're confused and don't know what they want in that state regarding urban renewal, sanitation and beautification!

The OP needs brain surgery. So because you have few good roads in a city that is not as big as Obio/Akpor in PH with scanty buildings have made it replace Port Harcourt. Uyo need more 30years intense building of structures with PH staying still for your Uyo to come close to PH.
