You can determine training by how competent and qualified some is.

Now who is a competent person : a competent person is one who knows well enough to get the job done properly. He has the capacity to identify existing hazards and predicting hazards in the work area that is dangerous to work men and he has the authority to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them.

Qualified person: is someone who by possession of a recognized degree, certificate or professional standing or who by training, extensive knowledge and experience has successfully demonstrated that he has the ability to resolve or solve problems relating to work.

From the above definitions you can determine training by some ones qualifications and his ability to get work done for example in hse, his ability to identify hazards, manage risk and all this is as a result of being trained.

You can also determine training by monitoring, supervising and measuring performance.

Note: its possible for one to be qualified but not competent hence how competent one is determines how trained or how effective the training one has undergone is.

I hope events has not overtaken this, but it will always be here anyway for people to reference in the future.

ISPON National office in Ikotun is a stone throw from Synagogue church, Ikotun. If you can get a direct bus from Berger to Ikotun then use that. At Ikotun, take a keke or bike to ISPON, which is beside First Royal Filling station, after Synagogue; and that is if you are coming from Ikotun side.

If you cannot get Ikotun bus at Berger, go to Oshodi and then enter Ikotun. If you are coming from Oshodi side, you'll first get to the ISPON office before Synagogue. So once you sight Synagogue church ahead, alight, cross to the other side of the road and look for one First Royal filling station, ISPON building is beside the filling station.

If you are planning to drive, its a little more complicated and it depends on if you are familiar with the route in these different areas that can link the place: via Dopemu/Cele bustop via Okota/ or through Mushin via Isolo road.

The material for GHSE is in hard copy obtainable from ISPON office after payment for GHSE training.

I am a graduate of Botany and I have obtained the GHSE and SHE Level 3 in 2013, both from ISPON.
I have not been able to get an entry level job ever since, but I will appreciate if a senior forum member could give a list of companies where I can do a volunteer job, even without pay to enable me get some require experience. I await your response. Thank!

Why is that some of the universities you listed are either not accredited or do have any knowledge of JPTS ? You have been avoiding answering questions when been asked how authentic is the certificate of those schools you are in congestion with .... I have asked some ASCI members how real is Warnborough College (Ireland), I was told that the school is fake & not accredited likewise Delta International University of New Orleans.
I believe you are good & can do better in helping humanity than this scam you are running. If you don't stop is scam, I will report you to EFCC.
