Coogar, you flew her business class from Georgia to London a few times during the relationship which would at least have cost you more than $10K, you put her up in a hotel in Georgia for 3 months at the cost of $6K, you paid her ‘divorce’ payout of $4.3K to end the relationship, you also paid for swagloverss’ school fees (someone you only met once or twice in your Birmingham office), even BABE3 used your account to pay for her friend’s rent, you flew (business class of course) to Nigeria to do BVN registration that can be done in London, all from being an IT contractor?

Those are all things that came out from your own mouth.

All these money from IT contracting? Or you are an EPL footballer? I don’t know many IT contractors that spend their money easily like that. I don’t even know of many who such sums of money come to so easily. The kinds of people that do such spending are people who are spending money that is not theirs or who are multimillionaires.

Apart from all these, a key point in your defence is you claim she owed you $6K for the hotel bills and that is the Western Union she was sending you to pay back.

First question is why is she paying this back to some Indian (Priya Daryanani) and not you?

Second question is, so why did you have to pay the 'divorce payout' to your debtor (BABE3)? Why not just tell the debtor to forget part of the debt? You were paying this 'divorce payout' of $4.3K to this debtor, 3 months after breaking up while she was paying you back $6K she owes you?

You were paying a debtor whilst at the same time collecting your debt from them?

Third part is that you paid this 'divorce payout' to the debtor using an address in Arizona? You supported this by stating you have an accountant in Brimingham, who used to live in NY and pays from an Arizona address with a name of 54-year-old Jerry L Sidney? While your accountant’s name is Arif? An accountant who, you are so frequently in a jam, pays your debts for you? An accountant that deals with spending not related to your registered business' activities? And deals with this spending by trying different credit card numbers to see which works?

Your story does not wash well, you want to explain? It all sounds like afterthought defence you create as you go.

You need to answer these questions urgently. Use it, if you know you are innocent, to discredit & humiliate BABE3.
