I AM FEELING PISSED RIGHT NOW. I OPENED AN MMF ACCOUNT WITH AXA MANSARD LAST WEEK THURSDAY AND FUNDED THE ACCOUNT ON FRIDAY LAST WEEK VIA WEB PAYMENT. MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED, AND AXA SENT A CONFIRMATION MAIL TO ME. HOWEVER, AS I SPEAK WITH YOU NOW MY AXA MMF ACCOUNT IS READING ZERO (0) NAIRA. I HAVE CHATTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE ALL TO NO AVAIL. You can set up an account with the app. But you'll have an investment limit of 200k. Your account will become unrestricted when you walk into their office or any Stanbic IBTC branch to fill the application form and provide your means of identification

Can I set up an account with stanbic by using their application. Because, at the moment,I have no access to banks due to my current location.

I've never been to any stanbic branch but I have an unrestricted account with them. Just send them an email, they'll send you the form and all other stuffs you'll send to them..all will be done via email.

If you had read my mail to them yesterday eh, you for pity them. They sent mails immediately, called up to three times. Las las, my account is breathing now. I only lost three days interest as it was not accrued. I used web payment. They, however, advised me to do bank transfer next time as they get that immediately unlike the web payment which takes 2-3days for them to receive details from bank and process. Thanks all for your contribution.

50k is a good start. U can download the app and sign up using ur BVN or visit a Stanbic Ibtc branch closest to you. However, note that the former will be restricted to 200k top up unless u visit their physical bank to remove the restriction (of course with your documentation e.g National ID etc). Arm still haven't fixed my issue for almost a month... I still can't view my investment and see interest of anything

Axamasard has not been crediting interest for the past three days now. I sent them a mail but they are yet to fix it

Also I noticed Friday's interest is usually not added until late on Monday along side the weekend interest which is usually lower than expected. I still maintain that stanbic is better
