Depends on which side you are looking, you could be seeing an M while he is seeing a W. Personally, I have experienced cool customer services with them (that I could give them five star rating), but some other time I feel frustrated to an extent that I will want to close my account with them. Don't just completely write off his statement just because you have not experienced it yet.

It's expected and this is really not peculiar to FBN, it cuts across all MMFs irrespective of the fund manager. The low rate regime is more of policy induced than lack of efficiency in fund management; currently one year tenor Tbills is 2.8% and the principal underlaying assets of all MMFs is Tbills.
As always my advice is look the way of VGIF.
